Reports now live under their holding, with a cross-holding view for discovery

    Show detailsHide details

Every report is now organized under the holding it belongs to, and its breadcrumbs always show that holding no matter how you got there. The primary Reports menu stays a single dashboard listing every report you own, so you can still browse across holdings and jump straight to any report. Existing report links keep working.

See remaining and uncalled capital on the holding Overview

    Show detailsHide details

The positions table on a holding's Overview tab now shows two new columns next to Contributions: Remaining and Uncalled. Remaining is the committed capital an investor has not yet paid, while Uncalled is the committed capital you have not yet called, so you can tell unpaid capital apart from capital still to be called at a glance. The columns appear per investor and share class in the holding's currency, and you can show or hide them from the table's column settings.

More accurate ownership percentages for non-unitized holdings

    Show detailsHide details

Ownership percentages for non-unitized holdings with capped share classes now reflect each position's actual share of its class and the deal, instead of showing inflated figures. The Overview tab also hides the Units and PPU columns for non-unitized holdings, where they don't apply, so the positions table shows only the columns that are relevant.

Clearer bank transfer details when you fund your investment

    Show detailsHide details

Choosing Bank Transfer on the payment step now shows the receiving account's name, account number, routing details, beneficiary address, and transfer method, each with a one-tap copy button. The wire instructions you download are also cleaner and consistently branded, so you have everything you need to send your funds correctly.

Richer cash-flow views: capital account balances, a distribution breakdown chart, and a stacked-area default

    Show detailsHide details

The investor portal's cash-flow screens now include a Capital Account column, so every row shows unreturned invested capital as of that date — no more tallying contributions and returns of capital by hand — and the latest balance matches the Capital Account figure on the GP side. The cash-flow chart now splits each distribution into stacked Return of Capital, Preferred, and Profit segments, making it clear at a glance how much of what an investor has received is their own capital coming back versus earnings; its performance overlay is now labeled Gross IRR and Gross CoC. The chart also opens in a stacked-area view by default, with the view toggle still available to switch modes.

Choose how each investor gets paid when finalizing a distribution

    Show detailsHide details

You can now set the payment rail per allocation when finalizing a distribution, instead of every payout defaulting to ACH. Each row pre-fills a smart default based on what the recipient and sender bank accounts support, and you can switch the rail wherever more than one option is available. The chosen rail then appears on the distribution detail view and in the investor notice email. Payment status indicators are also now hidden until a payment is actually sent, so distributions still in draft or with notices sent no longer show a misleading "pending" badge.

  • NewGPsApr 28, 2026

Track check payments in a dedicated Check Tracking view

    Show detailsHide details

You can now follow your check payments in one place from a new Check Tracking view, opened from a bank account's menu. See each check's current status and delivery progress at a glance, refresh a check for the latest status, and cancel or stop payment on a check while it's still eligible. Covercy will never ask you to share your password, two-factor codes, or banking credentials by email, text, or phone.

  • NewGPsApr 28, 2026

Publish rich, holding-specific updates right on the investor portal

    Show detailsHide details

Each holding's investor portal page can now carry a GP-authored content block — formatted text, images, videos, links, and tables — shown right alongside the position and financial data your investors already review there. You author it on the new Investor Portal Settings page, reachable from the holding's menu, which also gathers the Show in investor portal toggle and the content editor in one place (the inline toggle in your holdings table still works as before). Leave the content empty and investors see the holding page exactly as they do today.

Clearer distribution emails, plus finalize and send LP payouts in one step

    Show detailsHide details

Distribution notice and finalize emails have a redesigned, consistent LP-facing layout that makes the payout details, bank-account status, and next steps easier to follow, with a single Go To Investor Portal button. Notices and finalized payouts now read clearly for both single-hurdle and multi-hurdle distributions. GPs also get a new Finalize & Send option that finalizes a distribution and sends LP payout emails together, without creating a new notice version.

  • ImprovedGPsApr 22, 2026

See everything about a capital call in one place: status, lifecycle progress, and payment link

    Show detailsHide details

The capital-call drawer has been redesigned to lead with what matters: the requested call amount and current status up top, plus a progress rail that tracks each call from Not Called through Called, Transferred, and Invested. The call's details are organized into clear cards — position summary, call details, actions, and the email payment link while a call is in Called status. Custom fields captured on the underlying position now appear here too, matching the Positions page, so contract-specific details stay in view while you work the call. Every existing action — editing the call, sending it, reminders, and status changes — works just as before.

  • ImprovedGPsApr 19, 2026

See your sender account balance while setting up a distribution

    Show detailsHide details

When you choose the sender bank account for a distribution, each option now shows its available balance right in the dropdown. You can confirm there are sufficient funds before finalizing, without leaving the form to open the Banking page. Balances appear for your Covercy-connected sender accounts; investor bank accounts are unchanged.

Add a self-accreditation gate to your 506(b) fundraise landing page

    Show detailsHide details

Prospects can now self-attest their accreditation status before they see full deal details on your fundraise landing page, with NDA signing available before or after. Completing the gate automatically creates a CRM opportunity for the prospect, giving GPs visibility from first contact rather than only after an investment begins. Setting up NDA templates is also easier: create or clone a template directly from the Investor Flow setup, and the template editor now only shows fields available at signing time. Covercy will never ask you to share your password, two-factor codes, or banking credentials by email, text, or phone.
