By the end of this guide you'll have configured the investor landing page for a fundraise — the page investors see when they open your opportunity. You'll write a rich description, manage the documents in the Deck, choose what's visible, decide what content sits behind an NDA, and set how investors move through the flow.
Note
Configuring the investor landing page is a GP task. You need access to your firm's workspace and to the fundraise you're configuring. Set up the holding, its share classes, and the fundraise first. If an action is unavailable, ask a workspace admin to grant you access.
Open the landing page configuration
Open the fundraise and go to its landing page configuration. The configuration is organized into sections — such as the Description and the Deck — and you can configure a shared default and then tailor each share class on its own tab. The investor view mirrors what you build here, so you can configure with confidence and preview before you publish.
Write the description
The Description section uses a rich text editor, so you can format the deal narrative the way you want investors to read it. Use the toolbar to:
- Apply bold and italic formatting and add headings.
- Build bulleted and numbered lists.
- Add clickable links.
- Insert images, then align them left, center, or right and size them small, medium, large, or full width.
- Embed a YouTube video.
- Insert a table with a header row.
- Undo and redo your edits as you go.
To add an image, select the image button in the toolbar and choose a file from your computer. Covercy One uploads it and places it in the description, where you can align and resize it. The investor view renders the description exactly as it appears in the editor preview.
