Put your own photography across the top of your public Opportunities page

    Show detailsHide details

You can now put a wide landscape picture of your own across the top of your public Opportunities page, with the new optional storefront hero image in your branding settings. It is a second, separate image from the investor sign-in hero — each keeps its own picture and its own shape guidance, and setting or clearing one never touches the other. Your Opportunities page settings now sit under their own heading so the two heroes are not mistaken for each other, and until you add a storefront hero the setting tells you the page keeps its compact header.

Import the payments ledger you already have — one investing entity per investor

    Show details
Hide details

The Investors import now applies its matching between the rows of the file you are importing, not only against the investors already in Covercy One. So a ledger-shaped export with one row per payment, where an investor's entity name repeats across dozens of rows, creates one investing entity per investor however large the file — no de-duplicating the spreadsheet first. The results reflect that: each entity is counted once under entities created, and the repeat rows are reported as matched. Two rows carrying the same name but different Entity Types still produce two entities, as you would expect.

  • ImprovedGPsAug 18, 2026

Nothing is asked of your investors until you ask — and the ones you defer stay deferred

    Show detailsHide details

Signing now creates the investor's position and nothing else: a request for money comes into existence when the money is actually due — the investor reaches the payment step, or you deliberately ask — instead of a call sitting at Not Called behind the scenes from the moment someone signs. Send Payment Request therefore works on any signed investor, not only on one who happens to already have a request waiting: it creates the request and sends the email in one action, and so does the bulk send from the list and funnel views, so a signed investor is never un-askable. On the capital-call form, the per-position Call Now, Call Later and Exclude choices now survive re-allocation — change the call amount or the calculation mode and nobody you deferred is quietly reset, or emailed because you adjusted a number. Positions still default to Call Now or Call Later depending on whether a receiving bank account is selected, but only on a row that has no choice of its own yet.

  • ImprovedGPsAug 18, 2026

Adding a contact now catches an email address you already have on file

    Show detailsHide details

When you add a contact by hand and its primary email already belongs to an active contact in the same entity, Covercy One now stops and names the contact that already holds the address, so you can go work with that record instead of quietly building a duplicate. You find out as soon as you click Next on the first step of the contact wizard — before you have named an investing entity, chosen its type or set a relationship — and the address is checked again when the contact is saved, so two people adding the same investor minutes apart cannot both succeed. Letter case and stray spaces are ignored; an archived contact does not reserve its address, an address another contact keeps as a secondary is still free, and a contact with no email is unaffected. Editing an existing contact is unchanged, and this is the manual add path only — importing a spreadsheet still matches on email and updates the contact you already have.

Open a capital call request with a click — and move it along right from its progress rail

    Show detailsHide details

On a capital call's page, clicking anywhere on a funding request outside its row menu now opens that request's drawer, so there is no button to hunt for in the row, and the request's other actions are reached through the row menu the rest of Covercy One already puts them in. The drawer's progress rail now reads as a history rather than a position indicator: each stage shows the date it happened when the call has one, and a stage other than the current one acts as a shortcut that moves the request there — the same transition the Actions card offers, one click away — while a declined request's rail stays read-only. A call with no receiving bank account states the blocker on the page and carries the action that sets the account, instead of leaving you to find a Send Call you cannot use and guess why. The call's page also reads like the product's other record pages, with a breadcrumb running Holdings → the holding → Contributions → the call and the call's state readable from the page header; no batch action was lost — rename, receiving account, send and delete are all still there, though an action may sit under the header's buttons or its overflow menu.

Your opportunity cards now tell you where the deal is, what it is, and what you've committed

    Show detailsHide details

An opportunity you have already committed to now shows your own commitment right on its card under Opportunities in your portal — something the sponsor's public opportunities page shows to no one, so browsing from the portal tells you more than following a link. Every card also carries the holding's location and asset type, whether the holding is a fund or a single asset, and the highlights that sponsor surfaced for that raise, so you can tell one deal from another before opening it. Because those highlights are each sponsor's own choice, two cards in the same list can legitimately carry different facts. Cards sit level with each other across a row, and a card with fewer facts stays short rather than being padded with filler.

  • FixedGPsInvestorsAug 18, 2026

Shared opportunity pages open for everyone again — images and all

    Show detailsHide details

An opportunity link you share now opens straight to the deal for the person you sent it to, even when the description includes an image. Some shared pages had been sending signed-out visitors to the sign-in screen instead, so a prospective investor following your link met a login wall you had no way of seeing. Those pages now open as intended, and an image that cannot be displayed no longer stops the page from loading. Nothing changes for you while you are signed in and editing the description.

  • ImprovedGPsAug 12, 2026

See what your funds own and have been paid — without their assets crowding your Holdings list

    Show detailsHide details

A fund's Portfolio tab now answers how much of each underlying holding the fund owns and what those positions have returned: new Class %, Deal %, and Distributed columns join Contributions and Committed. Where a single percentage would misstate the position — the fund holds more than one share class of that holding, or holds something other than common equity — the cell reads Mixed with a tooltip instead of a number. On the Holdings page, a new first filter, Hide fully fund-owned assets, is set to Yes and leaves out assets that one of your funds owns outright, because that fund's Portfolio tab now shows them in full; set it to No to see them again, and the filter appears only if you have such an asset. A fund itself is never hidden, and an asset your fund owns only part of stays listed.

  • FixedGPsAug 3, 2026

A bank account you add to a holding now shows on that holding's Banking tab and overview

    Show detailsHide details

A bank account you add to a holding now turns up in each place you'd look for it — the main Banking page, the holding's own Banking tab, and, on the holding overview, its Bank Accounts panel. Before this fix it could appear in only one of those spots. Covercy will never ask you to share your password, two-factor codes, or banking credentials by email, text, or phone.

  • FixedGPsInvestorsAug 2, 2026

Sign in with Google and land right where you were headed

    Show detailsHide details

Signing in with Google now takes you to the screen you were headed to, instead of stalling or dropping you into the wrong place. The destination you were heading to is now preserved all the way through sign-in, so you arrive where you intended the first time. Covercy will never ask you to share your password, two-factor codes, or banking credentials by email, text, or phone.

  • FixedInvestorsAug 2, 2026

Repeat payments from a linked bank account go through

    Show detailsHide details

If you had already paid from a bank account you linked to Covercy, paying again from that same account now works — Confirm Transfer no longer ends in a failed transfer. Repeat payments from a linked account go through reliably, and in the rare case a payment can't be completed safely, it stops with a clear message rather than moving money from the wrong account. Covercy will never ask you to share your password, two-factor codes, or banking credentials by email, text, or phone.

The people you add to an investing entity now get an email inviting them in

    Show detailsHide details

When you add a person with an email address to one of your investing entities, they now receive an email inviting them into the investor portal, with a link to open it. The people you bring in are invited automatically, so you no longer have to reach out separately to let them know they have access. Only newly added entities trigger an invitation.

See performance in USD across a multi-currency portfolio

    Show detailsHide details

IRR, Equity Multiple, and Cash on Cash can now be read on a USD basis, with every cash flow converted at the closing rate of its own date so currency movements are carried into the result. On the investor dashboard, the IRR and Cash on Cash overlay is now USD-normalized — it previously combined amounts held in different currencies without converting them, so a portfolio spanning currencies did not read true — and the chart marks the overlay as USD. GPs with at least one non-USD holding also get a new USD-Normalized Values control on the Investor Portal Configuration page under Settings, which sets whether their investors see the USD equivalents; it is visible by default and changes nothing for holdings already denominated in USD.

  • ImprovedGPsJul 28, 2026

Review your report one partner at a time — and jump straight to any of them

    Show detailsHide details

Report Studio's LP view now shows one recipient per investing entity instead of one per subscription. A partner holding several subscriptions is a single recipient reading a single document, and the recipient count reads partners — reconciled against the subscription count, so a smaller number never reads as investors going missing. A searchable recipient list reaches anyone on the report in one step, rather than paging through everyone in between. Who receives the report is unchanged.

  • ImprovedGPsInvestorsJul 27, 2026

Distribution emails show investors their own amounts

    Show detailsHide details

Distribution notice and finalize emails present every amount at the investor's own basis — the Gross Amount row is the investor's gross, both in the aggregate Distribution Details section and in each per-hurdle Distribution Breakdown. Where an investor's gross and net are the same, the section shows a single Amount row. GP-facing distribution screens are unchanged, and previewing the investor email shows a GP exactly what the investor receives.

  • ImprovedGPsJul 14, 2026

See exactly what an import will create or update before anything is written

    Show detailsHide details

Importing investors now runs through a four-step Import Wizard with a new Analyze & Decide step between mapping your columns and running the import. Before a single record is written, you'll see per-object counts of what's new, what will be updated, and what's flagged for review — each with drill-in to the exact file rows behind the number. You then decide independently for each object using create and update checkboxes (contacts are matched by email, investing entities by name and type), replacing the old up-front duplicate-handling choice.

  • NewGPsJul 14, 2026

Choose which opportunity custom fields your investors can see

    Show detailsHide details

Opportunity custom fields — like a side-letter reference or a negotiated term — can now be shown to the investors they apply to, instead of staying GP-only. In Settings → Custom Fields, set an Opportunity field's visibility to Investor (LP) visible, and change that choice in place later without deleting and recreating the field. Investor-visible fields carry through to the investor's position, where they appear under Additional Details on the holding Overview; fields stay GP-only by default.

  • ImprovedGPsJul 7, 2026

Bank account balances now show up front on your holding page

    Show detailsHide details

The main holding page now displays a Bank Accounts panel with balances and available amounts, so you no longer need to open the Banking tab to check them. Address information has moved to a new Details tab alongside custom fields, and you can now edit a holding's custom field values directly from that tab.

  • ImprovedGPsJul 7, 2026

Emails now sync to your CRM automatically

    Show detailsHide details

Connected mailboxes sync automatically when you log in, every few minutes while you're active, and on an ongoing schedule in the background — no more manual Sync now clicks. Emails between people on your own team are also filtered out of the CRM activity feed, so it stays focused on communication with your contacts and investors.

  • NewGPsJul 7, 2026

Add bulk-invited investors to your pipeline in one step

    Show detailsHide details

The Send Bulk Invitations dialog now has an "Add to pipeline" selector — None, Potential, or Soft Circle — so contacts you're already tracking get an Opportunity in your fundraise funnel the moment you send, not just after they respond. Sending to more than 20 recipients with a pipeline status selected asks you to confirm first. If an invited contact later lands and submits, Covercy reuses their existing opportunity instead of creating a duplicate.

  • June 2026
  • FixedGPsInvestorsJun 25, 2026

Prospects can now see their finalized subscription agreement before an investing entity exists

    Show detailsHide details

An investor who has not yet created an investing entity now sees their finalized subscription agreement in the investor portal's Documents tab, instead of having it stay hidden. Supporting documents you upload with "Share with investor" enabled are also shared with the prospect at the pipeline stage, and the Documents tab now shows all accessible documents on load, including those filed in subfolders.

  • FixedGPsJun 20, 2026

Delete tasks you no longer need

    Show detailsHide details

You can now remove a task directly from your task list. Clearing out tasks that no longer apply keeps your CRM activity focused on what is still open.

  • FixedGPsJun 20, 2026

NDA templates in active use are protected from accidental deletion

    Show detailsHide details

When you try to delete an NDA template that an active fundraise still requires, you now see a clear "Cannot Delete NDA Template" dialog that names the fundraises and share classes relying on it, instead of a generic failure message. The dialog suggests your next step — switch Deal Access to Open Access or pick a different NDA template — so a required template can no longer be removed by mistake from any of the delete screens.

  • FixedGPsJun 19, 2026

    Cleaner communication emails

    Show detailsHide details

Communications you send no longer include a duplicated message body. Your investors now receive a single, clean copy of every message.

  • ImprovedInvestorsJun 17, 2026

Your "Continue your investment" email now shows the deal's cover image

    Show detailsHide details

The progress-saved email you receive after starting but not finishing an application now displays the holding's cover image, the same way the original invitation email does. The reminder to pick up where you left off now looks polished and consistent for the deal it points to.

  • NewGPsJun 16, 2026

Store an Accounting ID on each investing entity

    Show detailsHide details

You can now record an Accounting ID for an investing entity to line it up with your accounting and reconciliation workflows. The field lives in the Tax Identification panel on the entity's detail page, where anyone with edit access can set, update, or clear it. The Accounting ID appears in read mode only when a value is set.

Pick the right bank account faster when raising capital

    Show detailsHide details

Choosing which bank account a fundraise pays into is now clearer, with accounts organized so you can find the right one at a glance. Covercy will never ask you to share your password, two-factor codes, or banking credentials by email, text, or phone.

  • FixedGPsJun 11, 2026

One pending invitation per teammate — no more duplicate team invites

    Show detailsHide details

Inviting the same email to your team no longer creates a second pending invitation. Each teammate now appears once in the pending list, and you can Resend or Revoke an outstanding invite instead of inviting again. This consistent behavior now applies across team settings for every organization type.

  • NewGPsInvestorsJun 3, 2026

Investors manage their bank accounts, with every change approved by the GP

    Show detailsHide details

Investors can now view and manage the bank accounts tied to their holdings and request changes themselves, while GPs review and approve each request before it takes effect. Approved details flow through to distribution payments, so payouts stay accurate and under GP control. Covercy will never ask you to share your password, two-factor codes, or banking credentials by email, text, or phone.

GPs can now add a hero image to the investor sign-in page so investors see your branding when they log in. Configure it in your branding settings. Covercy will never ask you to share your password, two-factor codes, or banking credentials by email, text, or phone.
