By the end of this guide you'll know how to sign in to Covercy One using whichever method fits your account, and how to regain access if you can't sign in.
Note
You'll need the email address associated with your Covercy account. If a colleague invited you, use the same address the invitation was sent to. Always start from Covercy directly rather than from a link in an unexpected message.
Covercy will never ask you to share your password, two-factor codes, or banking credentials by email, text, or phone. If a message asks you to do this, don't respond — open Covercy yourself and sign in as usual.
Sign in with a magic link
- Open the Covercy login page.
- Enter your email address and request a magic link.
- Open the email from Covercy and select the sign-in link it contains.
- You're returned to Covercy and signed in. If your account uses two-factor authentication, complete the verification step when prompted.
Tip
Magic-link emails are time-sensitive. If a link no longer works, return to the login page and request a fresh one.

- Open the Covercy login page and choose the email-and-password option.
- Enter your email address and password.
