By the end of this guide you'll know how to review your investor communications on the Communications page, filter the feed to find what you need, and save reusable message templates so your fundraise outreach is faster and more consistent.
Note
You need access to the GP workspace to use these features. If you can't see the Communications page or the template options, ask a workspace admin to grant you access.
Review your communications
The Communications page gives you a focused view of your investor-facing communications — emails, calls, meetings, and notes — separate from the broader Activity feed of record changes. Open it from the Communications entry in the GP sidebar's CRM section, just above Activity.
- Select Communications in the sidebar to open the page.
- Browse the feed of logged emails, calls, meetings, and notes. Each item appears as a card you can expand to see more detail.
- Expand an email to read its full, formatted body. The one-line preview shows readable text, so you never see raw formatting markup.
- Select Load more at the bottom of the feed to bring in older communications.
Tip
An email you send through the message composer appears as a single row on the Communications page, even after your connected mailbox syncs the same sent message. You won't see duplicate entries for the same send.
