You'll need the email address associated with your Covercy account. If a colleague invited you, use the same address the invitation was sent to. Always start from Covercy directly rather than from a link in an unexpected message.
Warning
Covercy will never ask you to share your password, two-factor codes, or banking credentials by email, text, or phone. If a message asks you to do this, don't respond — open Covercy yourself and sign in as usual.
If a colleague invited you
An invitation gives you access to your firm's workspace once you have a Covercy account. Invited team members sign up and sign in the same way as everyone else — there's no separate invite-only shortcut that skips creating and verifying your account.
- Open the invitation email from your colleague and select the link to get started.
- If you don't already have a Covercy account, create one using the same email address the invitation was sent to. Covercy sends a verification email — open it and confirm your address before you sign in for the first time.
- If you already have a Covercy account, sign in with that email address using any of the methods below.
- Once you're signed in, your pending invitation appears in the workspace for you to accept before you get access.
