By the end of this guide you'll know how to see the contacts linked to the investing entities you own, add a new contact and choose which entities they're linked to, and remove a contact when you no longer need them there.
Note
You need to be signed in to the investor portal and own at least one investing entity to see and manage contacts.
View your contacts
Open Settings, then select Contacts to see a single list of the additional contacts across every investing entity you own. Each row shows the person's name, email, and every one of your entities they're linked to, so a person attached to more than one of your entities appears only once. An Added by column shows You if you added the contact yourself, or Fund manager if one of your fund managers added them.
Add a contact
- From Settings, select Contacts.
- Select Add contact.
- Enter the contact's first name, last name, and email address. Email is required.
- If you own more than one investing entity, choose which entities to add the contact to. Leave All entities checked to add them to every entity you currently own, or uncheck it and pick specific entities instead. If you own only one entity, this step doesn't appear — the contact is added to that entity automatically.
- Submit to add the contact.
Warning
All entities adds the contact only to the entities you own at the moment you submit. If you add a new investing entity later, it won't automatically pick up contacts you added earlier — add them to the new entity separately.
