FUNDRAISING / ONE-CLICK FUNDING

Automate investment collections — and even let LPs fund six-figure commitments in clicks.

Six-figure ACH for the LPs who want one click. Any-size wires and ACH credit for the LPs and deals that need them. Both rails on one platform, both feeding the same live cap table.

Plaid-verified ACH debit up to $1M — no wire instructions over email.

No ceiling
on wires and ACH credit — any raise size

Wire instructions over email — the unfixed default

Most raises end the same way: the LP signs, the GP emails wire instructions, the LP forwards them to their banker, and money lands days later — if nothing went wrong. There is a better default for small and mid-sized commitments, and a clean rail for the wires you still need.

ACH debit up to $1M — one-click experience

Plaid-verified bank accounts and ACH debit fund commitments up to $1 million in the same number of clicks as a $25 cart checkout. The banking infrastructure underneath is built for institutional-size capital, not consumer-app limits.

  • Plaid-verified bank account — no manual routing/account entry
  • ACH debit ceiling of $1M per investment
  • Money pulled directly into the deal account on schedule
  • No wire instructions exchanged over email

Wire and ACH credit — for any amount, no ceiling

Need to fund $5M? $25M? Same platform, no investment ceiling. ACH credit and wire support investments of any size, domestic or cross-border. The manual rails are first-class, not buried.

  • No investment-size ceiling on wire or ACH credit
  • Domestic and cross-border supported
  • Wire instructions delivered in-platform with reference codes
  • Reconciliation matches incoming funds to the LP commitment automatically

One-click is not the only path. Manual rails are first-class on Covercy — they just live on the same platform as everything else.

“A signed commitment funded the same afternoon is no longer a perk — it is the default for the LPs who pick ACH debit.”

How GPs describe close week on Covercy

Sub-docs and entity info — captured once, reused everywhere

Subscription documents, entity profile, beneficial ownership, and compliance details are filled once and carry to the LP's next deal. Funding rails are the same way: a Plaid-linked bank account on one deal works on the next.

Cap table updates as commitments fund

Every signed commitment lands in your cap table the moment it is signed — class-aware, position-level. As funds clear, the position state advances automatically. No end-of-raise reconciliation step. The cap table during the raise is the cap table you ship after.

  • Commitments hit the cap table at signing
  • Funded state advances automatically as ACH or wire clears
  • Class-aware allocations — multiple share classes per deal
  • No post-raise reconciliation step

Frequently asked questions

How large can an ACH-debit investment be?
ACH debit supports commitments up to $1M. For larger amounts, investors fund via ACH credit or wire — same platform, no investment ceiling. Both rails are available on every fundraise.
How is the investor's bank account verified for ACH debit?
Through Plaid. The LP authorizes their account once via Plaid's standard flow — no manual routing or account number entry, no microdeposit waiting period. Once verified, the same account is reusable on subsequent deals.
Can investors fund cross-border?
Yes. Wire and ACH credit support investors funding from outside the US — domestic-to-domestic, domestic-to-cross-border, and cross-border-to-domestic flows are all supported. There is no investment-size ceiling on the manual rails.
How does my cap table stay in sync as commitments come in?
Every signed commitment lands in the cap table the moment it is signed — class-aware, position-level. There is no end-of-raise reconciliation step. The cap table you see during the raise is the cap table you ship to admins after.
