No. Investors arrive at a branded landing page directly from a referral link, an InvestNow embed, or an invitation. Account creation only happens when the LP commits to engaging with the deal — and even then, it is part of the guided flow, not a separate step.
Can the same deal page work for an invited raise and a public raise?
Yes. The deal page composition does not change with audience mode — only who can reach it does. You can promote a single page privately to invited LPs or publicly via a link without rebuilding it.
How do the funnel emails know what stage an LP is in?
