By the end of this guide you'll have issued a business debit card tied to one of your Covercy One bank accounts, accepted the required cardholder agreement, and confirmed the card is ready to use.
Note
Issuing a debit card is a GP task. You need an active Covercy One bank account set up for your investing entity before you can request a card. If you haven't set up banking yet, complete Set up banking first.
Open the Banking page
Navigate to the investing entity whose account you want to issue a card for, then open its Banking tab. You'll see the bank accounts available for that entity listed in the Bank accounts section.
Select an account and request a card
Open the bank account you want to attach the card to. Inside the account details, locate the option to issue a business debit card and select it. Covercy One will present the Thread Business Debit Cardholder Agreement for you to review.
Accept the cardholder agreement
Read the cardholder agreement carefully. When you're ready, check the acceptance checkbox next to the agreement and select Accept. You must accept this agreement before the card can be issued — the button stays disabled until you've checked all required items. Your acceptance is recorded securely and the card request is submitted immediately.
