The Business Development Rep is responsible for prospecting potential investment firm clients on a high-performing sales team. This will include both outbound cold-calling and working inbound leads. The rep will work closely with the account executives in sales and marketing.

Your daily/weekly tasks can include:

  • Understand how and why we solve problems for our clients
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps

You should have the following skills

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

It’s also nice if you:

  • Knowledgeable in the FinTech ecosystem
  • Have entrepreneurial background
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM
