By the end of this guide you'll know where Covercy One stores signed NDAs and subscription agreements, how to view and download them from the opportunity drawer, and how to upload additional supporting documents to an opportunity.
Note
You need GP workspace access to view and manage opportunity documents. If you can't see the Supporting Documents section in an opportunity drawer, ask a workspace admin to confirm your access level.
How signed documents are stored
When an investor completes the required steps on your investor landing page — such as signing an NDA or a subscription agreement — Covercy One automatically saves the signed document to the opportunity. You don't need to download and re-upload it. The document also appears in the holding's Document Center, organized according to that holding's storage settings.
View signed documents in the opportunity drawer
Every opportunity has a Supporting Documents section in its drawer. This section lists all documents linked to the opportunity — e-signed NDAs, e-signed subscription agreements, and any files you've uploaded manually.
- Open the fundraise and locate the investor's opportunity in your pipeline.
- Click the opportunity to open the opportunity drawer.
- Scroll to the Supporting Documents section. If the section is collapsed, click its header to expand it. A badge on the header shows how many documents are attached.
- Each document row shows the filename, a type badge (NDA, Agreement, or Other), and the date it was signed or uploaded.
- Click View to open the document in preview, or Download to save a copy.
