How the transfer works

Choose the currencies and amount, review the cost, then send from your bank.

  1. 1

    Get your quote

Choose the sending and receiving currencies. See the rate, fee and recipient amount before you confirm.

  2. 2

    Send your funds

Complete verification and make a local bank transfer to the account details shown in Covercy Pay.

  3. 3

    Follow the transfer

Track the payment in your Covercy Pay dashboard until it reaches the recipient.

Compare the full cost, not one fee

The flat fee is only one part of a transfer. The exchange-rate markup affects the recipient amount too, so check both in the same quote.

  • Look at the exchange rate

The markup varies by currency pair and transfer amount. Larger transfers get a lower markup.

  • Check the flat fee

The flat fee is set by the currency you send, not the one the recipient receives. Compare the four sending currencies above.

  • Check the minimum

Each supported sending currency has its own minimum amount. The fee card shows the current value for each one.

Questions about this transfer

How does the exchange-rate markup affect the transfer?
The markup is part of the conversion rate and varies with the currency pair and amount. Covercy Pay shows the exact rate before you confirm.
Which currency determines the flat fee?
The currency you send determines the fee. For example, a transfer funded in shekels uses the ILS fee even if the recipient receives another currency.
Is there a minimum transfer amount?
Yes. Each sending currency has a minimum, listed above alongside its flat fee.
How can I compare international transfer costs?
Compare the amount your recipient gets after the exchange-rate markup and flat fee, not just an advertised transfer fee. Banks may add other charges.
When do I see my exact transfer cost?
The quote shows the exchange rate, fee and recipient amount before you confirm the transfer.
