Job Description:

Covercy is looking for a talented “Head of Israel Sales Manager”.
The position will include day-to-day management and development of a local sales team.
Additional responsibilities include meeting revenue growth targets by building and managing relationships with potential and existing customers from the finance, real-estate and other relevant fields. This role is well suited for those who are great mentors, ambitious, results-oriented and strive for success.

*The position is in Tel-Aviv

 

 Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales team management
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Business Development / Sales manager in Finance/ Forex/ High-Tech
  • Experience in establishing new partnerships from scratch
  • Experience in handling long-term relations and developing them over time
  • Strong time management skills and a “get things done” approach
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively inside and outside the organization 
  • Fluent or native English- A Must
